Tyler DeBoard is the Associate Director of Talent at GSD&M, a full-service advertising agency in Austin, Texas whose clients include Southwest Airlines, Pizza Hut, and US Air Force. Tyler graduated from The Creative Circus and began his career in advertising, working as an art director at Saatchi & Saatchi, Crispin Porter + Bogusky, and GSD&M. He transitioned to recruitment in 2016, and is currently the chair of OUT@GSD&M. When he’s not working, he will likely be found holding an Apple Pencil.
