Project Violet policy

Project Violet is committed to ensuring personal information you share with us is secure. Project Violet collects limited, self-reported information through the application process for the purpose of matching Mentors and Mentees and for communication. Information acquired as part of the application process is only made available to authorized Project Violet representatives and is not shared or sold to any third party organization or individual. Program participants may “opt-out” of communications with Project Violet by following email instructions provided. Mentor and Mentee email addresses are shared with Project Violet representatives as well as with each matched Mentor and Mentee pair for the purpose of individual and group communications. Information shared between Mentors and Mentees is considered confidential and not shared with Project Violet representatives unless specifically requested otherwise, or a risk of safety or health. Mentors and Mentees agree to the Project Violet Code of Conduct.
